The hike from the amphitheater in the Hovenweep campground is maybe the best first 5 minutes of a hike I have ever done. The night sky program there is great since it is such a small campground. There were maybe 10 people per night. Doing Mesa Verde & Hovenweep together is a great contrast on how the park handles native sites.

Across the street from the main entrance road to the Mesa Verde National Park, this RV park is very reasonable and affordable. Clean and Quiet, you couldn't ask for anything more in an RV park.
